Trial Introduction

This is an evaluation version of Tellurian BootpdNT and as such is limited in it's operation:

  • Only 5 entries are supported in the bootptab file; and
  • The server will automatically shut down after approximately seven hours of operation.

Pricing

There are several licensing options for BootpdNT.   The registration fee is AU$1 per entry in the bootptab file, in multiples of 50.   The fee for a version with an unlimited size bootptab file is AU$500.   In addition we have enterprise-wide, OEM and source licenses.   Please contact us for pricing information on these products.

Copying, reproduction, adaptation, reverse engineering or storage in more than one computer at a time (other than making a backup copy to be used by the registered licensee of the software in the event that the original copy is lost, destroyed or damaged) of the software is an infringement of the owner's copyright, and could result in legal action by the owner.

Permission is granted to freely distribute copies of the trial package provided that all files are kept unmodified and this license agreement is kept with the product.

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or sub-license the software.   Except as expressly provided in this license, you may not sell, rent or lease the software.

This licence is governed by the laws of the State of South Australia.

Warranties

DISCLAIMER THE OFFER OF EVALUATION OF THE SOFTWARE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY CONSIDERATION FOR ASSUMPTION OF RISK BY TELLURIAN PTY LTD, AND TELLURIAN PTY LTD DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR OPERATION OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.   FURTHERMORE, THE LICENSEE IDEMNIFIES AND AGREES TO HOLD TELLURIAN PTY LTD HARMLESS FROM SUCH CLAIMS.

The Trade Practices Act (Cth) and State Consumer Protection Legislation imply certain conditions ad warranties into contracts of sale of goods and services, including conditions that the goods are of merchantable quality and fit for purpose.
